I am remodeling my basement, and I keep my soundproofed basement (for Atleast good, but I do not know how practical it hard to put insulation it will lead to the plant. Does the acoustic ceiling to support the great weight of the insulation? Do I have paper, leaves, strips of plastic insulation.
